Product Information
Using an egg, four pieces of paper, glue, and some toy wheels and axles, students design and build a paper car that must protect their egg from damage. The included trackway lets students determine the crash-worthiness of their car and test their design with a speed race. Developed by Griff Jones. Instructions and materials for 50 cars included. Grades 4–12.

| Gutters are a little hard to contsruct, but this lab is a great project and one of my student's favorite activities all year. I have added my own flare to the project and bout motion sensors to help measure the speed. With some creativity and imagination this kit makes for a great project on the study of motion and forces. Collecting and averaging the times, speeds, momentum, etc. |

| Plastic rain gutters not stable |

| The cars and instructions were fine, but when it came to putting the rain gutter track together, it was extremely difficult to snap together and very unstable when it was together. It bent at all the junctions and had to be duct-taped to stay together at all. Disappointing. |
