| When finding information about this product on-line, the website does not provide very much detail regarding what is in the kit. However, everything that you need does come with it, with the exception of an electrophoresis chamber.
The lab was very easy to set up and to run. However, the next day when i pulled out the gels for students to see results, they were ruined. The gels only last for a very short time with the bands, and the lab did not state that anywhere. Therefore I had no results to show my students. The bands came out very clear the day of the lab, but they were gone by the next day. I would not purchase this lab again for that reason. Do NOT purchase this lab unless you have the time to spend with the results immediately after running it. |
